A Party Game for Horrible People

Rebecca Montgomery 3 min read

A tabletop card game for horrible people, designed to let you unleash your imagination, have some laughs with friends, and maybe learn something about yourself.

The game doesn’t require any pre-game preparation or foreknowledge, so you can whip it out at parties, bars, campsites – anywhere! All you need are some writers willing to be depraved and a sturdy surface to slam those cards down on.

What’re cards against humanity?

Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people. Unlike most of the party games you’ve played before, Cards Against Humanity is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends. The game is simple. Each round, one player asks a question from a Black Card, and everyone else answers with their funniest White Card.

A Party Game for Horrible People is a deliberate attempt to misspell “a party game for horrible people” and take advantage of the result’s vaguely pornographic connotation.

And that’s it! You’re ready to play. Oh wait, we forgot one other thing: we’ve included some Blank White Cards so you can add your own inside jokes to the game. Cards Against Humanity is a party game for horrible people. Unlike most of the party games you’ve played before, Cards Against Humanity is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends!

What is Cards Against Humanity and how do you play it?

In Cards Against Humanity, a party game for horrible people, players try to win the favor of the judge by making creative insults and suggestions. The Black Card presents a statement or question with a missing word. For example: “Anime was ____ my life.” or “Before I found out about my brother’s little ____.” The White Cards contain words or phrases that the judge will combine with the missing word from the Black Card.

In a given round, each player draws 10 White Cards and chooses one of their own to answer the question on the Black Card. The judge picks a favorite submission and whoever submitted it wins a point. If you’re really clever, you might want to use your White Cards to make an additional statement.

How to create your own deck of cards against humanity

A Party Game for Horrible People is one of those games that can be made by anyone with the desire to do so. The rules are simple (and incomplete) and the cards are easy to create.

To make a deck of Cards Against Humanity, you’ll need:

The different kinds of cards that are included in the game:

-Black Cards:  Contain the question or fill-in-the-blank item for players to respond to with a white card.  (For example, “What’s that smell?”  or “My sex dungeon.”)

-White Cards: Contains possible responses to Black cards (for example, “A lifetime supply of hand sanitizer”, “A man with a purse” or “Space tourism”).

-White Cards: Contains possible responses to Black cards (for example, “A lifetime supply of hand sanitizer”, “A man with a purse” or “Space tourism”).

-Blank White Cards: This contains the original statement for players to make their own response to (for example, “I can’t quit masturbating”).  Optional.

Conclusion

We hope that this article has helped you understand the game better. If you are looking for a good party game to play with your friends, then Cards Against Humanity may be perfect for you! The game is easy to learn and can be played by almost anyone over the age of 13. It’s definitely NOT FOR KIDS (unless they’re HORRIBLE).
