As time goes on, Alien: Fireteam Elite gets newer and newer. The game has been updated to version 1.1.4, which allows you to change your armour and loadout, and also gives you the ability to use the MAC gun.
A while back, I was asked to write an intro paragraph for a blog post titled “Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel Locations Guide – Where to”. The idea was to describe some of the alien worlds in Fireteam Elite II as a guide to those who wanted to explore those planets.
We are not here to walk you through the entire game, however, we do intend to walk you through the main points of the game. This will be a comprehensive guide that will detail all the locations of the Fireteam Intel items as well as the locations of the Alien Hive and the Alien Bosses.
You wouldn’t take Aliens: Fireteam Elite for a lore-heavy game since it’s a co-op shooter that puts you against swarms of monsters. However, Intel sites offer a clearer picture of the overall state of affairs, addressing the condition of Marines as well as other key battles, corporate or otherwise, even if you can go through it without caring about its wider world.
The Intel sites in Aliens: Fireteam Elite aren’t required to complete the game’s objectives – you’ll frequently need to spend extra time in levels hunting them down – but if you’re a completionist or lore fan, you’ll want to locate them all. To accomplish so, you’ll need to search the Endeavor as well as each of the game’s stages. By guiding you in the proper path, this handbook attempts to make your life simpler.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite has a total of 39 Intel pieces. Once you’ve located them, you’ll typically need to speak with an NPC on the Endeavor who will explain what they’re all about. You may read them at any moment after that by going to their respective tab in the Inventory menu.
Locations of Aliens: Fireteam Elite UAS Endeavor Intel (3 Pieces)
Exit the armory and take the stairs to the right to begin your journey onboard the Endeavor. Make a left after passing through the first door and a right after passing through the second. Look at the U.A.S Endeavor Plaque poster on the wall, interact with it, and that’s your first Intel location.
Return to the armory and make a left as soon as you leave. Take a step ahead and look to your right for a crate. The tooltip should say Fulminium Alloy Powder when approached. When you interact with it, you’ll discover another Intel site.
Go ahead from the aforementioned position, turn right beyond the yellow gate blocking the stairs, then turn left immediately before the orange ammunition box to locate Battle Streamers on the floor. Interact with them to get the third piece of intelligence.
Priority One Intel Locations for Aliens: Fireteam Elite (9 Pieces)
Ingress is the first priority.
When you come across your first Xenomorph (approximately 30 meters from Hoenikker’s PDA), turn around and follow the hallway with the heavy pipes on the left wall to the Katanga Flight Recorder.
Head left while facing the console, take the stairs down, and continue the left corridor before performing the Startup Sequence and needing to defend your position against the Xenomorphs it riles up. A Dead Facehugger may be found on the left side, behind a box, with whom you can engage.
You’ll arrive in a chamber with red pipes running through it after being introduced to Esther through communications. On the lowest floor, you’ll discover the Colonial Indenture Contract on a table next to a computer, which is also the last Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel site in this operation.
The first priority is to save lives.
As soon as the task begins, go through the first door and into the first room on the left. On a table, you’ll discover the Eye on Seegson Magazine.
As you down a lengthy flight of stairs, keep an eye out for a chamber on the right that has a Prowler in it. The Liquid Replenishment Latex may be found in the far right corner.
In this mission, the third and final Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel site is close where you must override the core and meet Monica. Proceed ahead through the door from the console. Make a left and go to the rear of the room instead of climbing the stairs near the scary red light. On a workbench, the Working Joe Wrench waits.
Extraction is the first priority.
Exit the elevator and make your way around the rear (either side works). The ID Badge of Hoenikker may be found on the floor.
You’ll ultimately enter a lengthy corridor after exiting the sewers portion. You’ll see a section of the wall with Beltway inscribed on it as you approach it. Take the steps down to the Cargo Manifest, which is located on the other side of the above-mentioned wall section.
Fireteam Elite: The Last Aliens The location of the Intel in this mission is in the region with the big ship you must protect. Make your way to the door, but turn left before you get there. The Crooked Rook’s Cap is sitting on a box if you follow the route, walk up the stairs, and turn right.
Aliens: Fireteam Elite Giants in Earth Intel Locations Aliens: Fireteam Elite Giants in Earth Intel Locations (9 Pieces)
Insertion of Giants in the Earth
As you begin the task, make your way down the steps and battle the first set of bugs while searching the cave’s right side for a white and blue tent. An empty can of Aspen Beer may be found within.
Make your way to the end of the lower level later, as you go through a region with pieces of granite strewn over the river. Instead of turning left at the signpost, take a right and look for the Colonial Protection Act Pamphlet on top of some boxes.
The third Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel location on this level is outdoors, towards the finish, directly across the bridge. Turn left and follow the road to the ramp-like structure with a few trucks close. You’ll find the Frontier Pilot’s Cowboy Hat on a circular table beyond the wrecked android.
Earth’s Giants: Make Contact
The first Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel site in this mission is simple to find. You’ll soon find yourself in a chamber with a large stone head. On a crate, you’ll find the CMISRS datapad as you approach its face.
Continue on in the quest until you reach a set of stairs that leads to a tiny chamber with a huge stone sphere in the center. Look to the right as soon as you enter. Pick up The Frontier War item on top of one of the white Weyland-Yutani containers.
A huge statue may be found in the region with the level’s last defensive, where you must battle Sniper Synths. Get behind it and take up the Weyland-Yutani Ball Cap by following the route to the left.
Evacuate the Earth’s Giants
Make your way to the chamber where you’ll have to defend against waves of synthesizers before confronting your first heavy. Hoenikker’s Signed NDA may be found on top of a white workbench, underneath the ammunition boxes and medkits.
Stick to the left side of the chamber with the completely not scary Working Joes, walk up the stairs, and turn left. On top of a Weyland-Yutani container, Rodriguez’s ID Badge is shown.
When you’re fighting SN/TH/android YA’s goons in the final chamber, look to the left for the platform where the sniper fires from. The Server Panel may be found underneath it, which is the third Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel destination.
Aliens: Elite Fireteam Intel Locations for The Gift of Fire (9 Pieces)
Recon: The Gift of Fire
Look for the half-robed stone statue as the quest begins. A laptop documenting the exploits of the 40th Marine Expeditionary Unit may be found at its base.
The chamber with the distinctively positioned stone pillars is where you’ll find the second Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel spot in this level. Continue ahead and make your way to the right-hand oval door. You’ll discover an issue of Unexplained Universe on a nearby box.
You’ll come across another huge stone head on your approach to your last scanning goal. To find an Empty Pathogen Ampule, circle around to the right and check behind the pillars at the room’s wall.
The Gift of Fire: Ahead of Time
You’ll need to listen for Esther saying something about a live battery in order to find this Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel location. Climb the ledge on the left and pick up the Scientists Notes With Glyphs by following the goal marker to the room’s exit.
Advance until you’re able to engage with and protect the second Instrumentality. Make your way to the goal marker and turn right as soon as you reach the next chamber. Pick up the Gateway Station at a neighboring desk with a tiny monitor by going up the platform.
This one is a little more difficult to describe, but return to the aforementioned spot, turn right, then left, and you should arrive at a chamber with a circular route. Following the route to the right, you should come to a chamber with an open door. Enter it and search for the Dead “Popper” on the left side, near the wall.
Boarding with the Gift of Fire
Run past the hologram of the spacecraft. You’ll find two Engineer consoles with three chairs in the next room. One of the chairs in the one farther away has a Strange Helmet on it. Take it in your hands.
After dealing with the cloaked opponent in the next chamber, descend the slope and turn left. A Severed “Stalker” Tentacle lurks behind the Engineer console.
The third Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel location on this level is in the chamber with the enormous cannon-like pilot’s seat. Approach it without ascending the stairs by turning left and looking for the Control Flute on a table facing a chair.
Aliens: Elite Fireteam Intelligence Locations: The Only Way to Know (9 Pieces)
Breach is the only way to know for sure.
We’ve arrived at the end of the road. Make your way through the task until you reach the chamber with the two turrets guarding opposing passageways. Take the first right after jumping over the yellow fence. The Armat Weapons Case may be seen on the right.
Continue on until you find an empty room. On the left, you’ll see a yellow crane, as well as a short flight of steps that you should ascend. Pick up the UA Centennial Poster by turning right, then left after a few feet.
When you approach the hive’s entrance, which you can’t miss, turn right. You may interact with some Acid Burster Goo near a door called Deck 28.
The Only Way to Know for Sure Is to Rescue
Follow the quest marker until you reach a blood trail that leads to a door on your right after you begin. Keep moving ahead, make a left, and pick up the Partially Dissolved Helmet from a neighboring crate instead of going through it like a good little Marine.
The second location in Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel located towards the bottom of a lengthy flight of stairs. As you descend, keep an eye out on the left side for a Hyperdine Weapons Catalog.
Following that, you’ll arrive in a chamber with catwalks, where you’ll most likely face a praetorian. You may find the Union of Progressive Peoples laptop resting on top of two barrels if you disobey the quest marker once more and keep walking ahead after making a right on the catwalk, then taking the steps down. It seems that it isn’t fond of containers.
Regicide is the only way to be certain.
The remaining three Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel sites are found in the last mission. For the first, go beyond the first console you must protect, turn right, ascend both sets of stairs, and pick up the Drone Shedding on the right.
Continue until Herrera characterizes your current location as a labyrinth. Stick to the left side of the room and look for the Three World Empire item on the left wall, on the ever-present crates.
Finally, after repairing the elevator you’ll take to flee, you’ll find yourself in a chamber with the body of a Marine hung from the wall by chitin. Head ahead and pick up Corporal Shipp’s Dog Tags from atop a crate near a barrier by walking past it on the left side.
There are currently no Aliens: Fireteam Elite Intel sites available. Here are the weapons and classes you may play as in the game for additional information.
